How Panso is organized (modules overview)
A quick map of every module and how they connect through the CRM.
Everything in Panso is tied together by the CRM — one customer database that every other module reads from and writes to.
The modules
- CRM — profiles, companies and subscribers (the single customer record).
- Private Events — the lead→event→contract pipeline for large private bookings.
- Reservations — standard table bookings.
- Marketing Suite — segments, email templates and campaigns.
- General Inquiries (Guest Inbox) — inbound contact-form messages.
- CMS — public website pages and content.
- Settings — account-level config: taxes & fees, team, billing, email templates.
A private-events inquiry becomes a Lead, which you convert to an Event, which gets a Contract and Documents, is paid via a Payment method, and rolls up into Insights and Reports — all linked to one CRM profile.
Frequently asked questions
What’s the difference between Private Events and Reservations?
Private Events handles large, contracted bookings (with quotes, deposits, documents). Reservations handles everyday table bookings. Both link to the same CRM customer.
Where do account-wide settings live vs module settings?
Module settings (e.g. lead form, statuses, spaces) are inside each module. Account-wide settings (taxes & fees, team, billing, email templates) live in the Settings module.
If I update a customer once, does it update everywhere?
Yes — there’s one CRM profile per customer, so their details are shared across every module.
