Document versions & sharing history

Track saved versions of each document and re-share the latest.

Documents & E-Signature

Each document keeps a version count so you always know whether a saved/sent copy exists.

  1. On the Documents dropdown, read the Versions badge on each document (e.g. “1 Version”).

The PDF attached to the guest’s contract email is the saved version — that’s why a sent document shows at least “1 Version”.

Frequently asked questions

What does the version count actually mean?
How many saved/sent snapshots exist. “0 Versions” = only ever previewed live; “1 Version” = one snapshot has been saved/sent.
Which version did my guest sign?
The one they were sent. If you regenerated the document afterward, make sure they sign the latest — re-share it if needed.
Can I go back to a previous version?
Prior saved versions remain on record; re-share the one you want. When in doubt, generate a fresh, current version.
