Creating an email template (drag-and-drop)
Design a branded email in the visual editor or start from a gallery template.
Templates are reusable email designs built in a visual drag-and-drop editor.
- Open the Marketing Suite → Templates → Template Gallery, or click Create.
The Template Gallery - Pick a Blank template or a pre-built design, give it a name, category and type, then click Start Design.
Choosing a starting template - In the editor, drag content blocks (Columns, Button, Heading, Paragraph, Image, Social, Menu, HTML) onto the canvas and edit inline. Use merge fields like {{contact.LASTNAME}}.
The drag-and-drop editor - Click Save Template. It’s now available to pick when building a campaign.
Saving the template
Add merge fields like {{contact.LASTNAME}} to personalize at scale — each recipient sees their own name.
Frequently asked questions
Where do saved templates go?
Into Templates → Saved Template, organized by Template Categories. You pick one at the Template step of the campaign wizard.
Can I start from a design instead of blank?
Yes — the Template Gallery has ready-made, branded layouts you can duplicate and edit.
What blocks can I drag in?
Columns, Button, Divider, Heading, Paragraph, Image, Social, Menu and raw HTML.
Will it look right on mobile?
The editor’s blocks are responsive; use the device-preview toggle to check before saving.
