Understanding event statuses
What Pending, Contracted, Booked, Finalized and the rest mean.
An event moves through statuses as it progresses. You can change a status from the event’s Status control or the Event Status View.
- Pending — new/unconfirmed.
- Contracted — a contract exists and is in progress.
- Booked / Finalized — confirmed and locked in.
- Closed — completed and wrapped up.
- Canceled / Lost — did not proceed.
The exact list and colors are configurable in Settings → Status Settings (see Configuring lead & event statuses).
Use Event Insights to see how your events break down by status for any date range.
